Tangent was commissioned by Aisin, a large B2B automotive supplier in Japan, to create installation art for Milan Design Week 2016. The installation featured many cogs precisely meshing with each other, symbolizing the company's commitment to precise and dedicated performance. The heavily perforated cogs allowed light to shine through, creating a poetic scene on the floor reminiscent of dappled sunlight in woodlands. The work was selected as one of the five Milano Design Award winners out of a total of 1,135 exhibitions showcased during the fair.


日本の大手B2B自動車部品サプライヤーであるアイシンから、タンジェントは、2016年のミラノデザインウィークのためのインスタレーションアートの制作を依頼されました。このインスタレーションでは、多くの歯車が緻密にかみ合い、会社の精密で専念したパフォーマンスを象徴しています。厚身のある穴があいた歯車から光が差し込み、床に森の中の日差しを思わせる詩的な光景を作り出しています。この作品は、フェア中に展示された1,135の展示物の中から、５つあるミラノデザインアワードの受賞作品の１つに選ばれました。
