An artwork created for Kōyasan Art Days 2023. It embodies the 1,200-year story of syncretism between Buddhism and Shinto at Mount Kōya, centered on the relationship between the sacred site and the Shinto goddess Niu Myōjin, who granted the land to Kūkai. The rose motif, derived from embroidered court costumes preserved at Niu Shrine, and the depiction of the sun symbolizing Dainichi Nyorai, were both meticulously crafted using Kanazawa gold leaf.

高野山アートデイズ2023のために制作されたアートワーク。高野山と、空海にその地を授けた神道の女神・丹生都比売大神（にうつひめのおおかみ）による、1200年にわたる神仏習合の物語を表現した。丹生都比売神社に伝わる舞楽装束の刺繍をもとにした薔薇の文様と、大日如来を象徴する太陽の表現は、ともに金沢箔を用いた精緻な手仕事によって制作されている。
